Common questions
- My scan failed and I was charged a credit. — If the scan returned an error, your credit was not deducted. If you believe you were incorrectly charged, email us with your approximate scan time and we will restore it.
- I referred a friend but didn’t get my credits. — Make sure your friend entered your referral code after installing the app (before scanning). Credits are added immediately when the code is applied. If it still didn’t work, email us.
- I purchased credits but they haven’t appeared. — Pull to refresh on the camera screen. If they still don’t appear after 60 seconds, email us with your Apple receipt and we will credit your account manually.
- The app identified my product incorrectly. — Try scanning again with the full label or ingredient list in frame, in good lighting. If it still misidentifies, email us the product name and we’ll investigate.
- How do I delete my data? — Email us at the address above. We will delete all scan history and data linked to your device ID within 7 days.
